Return Policy

2. Please ship back the products in its original packing.

5. After we receive your returned item, we will test the products within 1-3 days. We will resend you new products or refund you.
However, below such issues, we are sorry that we would not be responsible:
1. Wrongly ordered items. If you placed wrong products, and we have already shipped out.
2. Human Damages. We are sorry that we are not responsible for any broken or damaged items by yourself. However, if once you receive the package, the product is damaged or broken, please send photos to us, we will evaluate, then we will decide how to solve the problem.
Refund Policy
We provide refund service, refund policy is suitable for following situations:
1. We sent a wrong product or the product you ordered is out of stock. Refund will be complete within 24 hours.
2. After we receive the returned products, after checking and negociating with customers. Refund will be done within 2 days.
